The hotel rooms were quite spacious and clean with a lovely comfortable bed, a well-stocked mini bar, and loads of toiletries. The staff was mostly awesome, and the food at Turquoise restaurant was amazing. The quiet pool and well-kept gardens were a nice touch; however, the Marina front and lack of balcony for our room was a downside.

The staff meant well, though they struggled a lot with English. However, they were always very willing and friendly, yet not always forthcoming in providing service. Once asked, they were always happy to help.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the elegant rooms with quality bedding and 2 bathrooms that I loved. The amenities like massages, pool with a bar, and the excellent restaurant made my weekend great, despite a slight moisture smell in the room. The surrounding town of Gocek added to the experience.
